This report, produced by Vianna007 Company Technical Consulting, analyzes ABC´s productivity in a period of eighteen months, from January 2021 to June 2022. The aim is to provide an outlook of ABC´s productivity, describing the underlying trends and identifying some of the possible reasons behind them.
As the accompanying graph shows, productivity fell steadily from January 2021 to June 2021. This drop could be attributed mostly to the Covid effect. However, studies showed salary dissatisfaction at that time, which could have contributed to the problem.
The next two months, productivity held up, possibly on account of the introduction of a new job and salary plan. There was a very clear performance distinction between before and after the introduction of the JSP – job, and salary plan -.
From September 2021 to March 2022, there was a slight increase in the figures. This rise was likely owing to the rationalization of the production processes.
Since May 2022, productivity has picked up and will probably reach pre-pandemic levels in July. After this, with the implementation of the production automation process, productivity tends to increase sharply.
