As a part of our visual culture, everybody in the society agreeagrees that rudimentary ethical values likesuch as truthfulness, respect for human life, self-discipline, and generosity are correct; fraudulent activities, timidity, and cruelty are wrong. To attainAttaining achievement, progress and survival is the main objective of any institution, and the overall success should benefit all the stakeholders in the association, from owners to management, employees to customers and suppliers, but emphasizing on just the organization’s goals will be destructive to the welfare &and basic rights of employees. There may be a pressure between accomplishing business purposes and the social and ethical obligations of an organization to its employees. Hence, an organization’s diversity &and equality program should sustain non-discrimination standards and implementsimplement penalties for non-compliance, irrespective of race and gender. Even a small organization is visible to many different cultures; ethnicity, ethnicities, and education levels and can improve future organization opportunitiesopportunities for the organization by managing diversity and ethics in the workplace. Not, not just by promoting tolerance, but also by accepting the differences among their believes (Regionalits employees' beliefs (regional or religional)religious). By implementing this, an organization opens doors for further advancement in effective strategies as well as an efficient workforce, thus, promoting economic stability ofin the company.
The effective
managingmanagement of people of different diversity and ethics in the organization, determineddetermines the success of anthe organization. In my point of view, to avoid such ethical and moral issues, organizationthe organization's policies must be discussed and implemented strictly. Employees should be given induction workshops to integrate guidelines featuring ethical and moral codecodes of conduct. Such workshops will inculcate the significance of policies within the organization, and failing to comply with them will result in serious consequences. As it is common practice of neglectingto neglect the written policies or amendingto amend them for one’one’s sweet will, by conducting training sessions regularly, companies will discourage such unprofessional attitudes will be discouraged, and appropriate communication among employees will be much appreciated.
