As the next career step after working 16 years in audit, risk management, and related areas, I want to contribute with my international experience working in complex regions and with a high corruption perception index to further develop and deploy methodologies and techniques in an agile implementation of best-in-class risk management in Bayer to foster transparency from top to bottom.

My work has been focused on creating a risk culture in organizations as well as process evaluation and improvement. I supported risk owners in the identification and implementation of mitigation measures. In my current role, I am demonstrating the ability to collaborate with both commercial and platform areas. This has given me a holistic view of a complementary diverse group of stakeholders and the ability to manage their expectations.


The United States is the world leader and an example of innovation, digital transformation, and implementing new business models that shape the world. I can imagine it very well working in the United States, supporting the local business and platform functions.
