On June 30, 2021, WSP Consultores Colombia S.A.S. was incorporated in Colombia. The company was registered in Camara de Comercio de Bogotá (Chamber of Commerce) on 1 July 2021, under the number 02720421 of Book IX. The incorporation of the company was necessary to ensure the benefits of Colombian legislation for the micro, small and medium-sized enterprises that can certify its shareholder’stheir shareholders' experience during the first three years of operation.
