When I have multiple tasks I will prioritize them in order of importance, urgent things that I need to solve today to be ready for tomorrow or the rest of the week. I will also try to estimate how much time is required for each task and act accordingly, small and immediate tasks I can finish that day.
First, I will call the cleaning company and ask them to send another cleaning person to solve the problem, so thatthat it will be pleasant and convenient to work in the office. Then, callscall an IT person and asksask him to solve the problem for the employee that cannot connect to the Wi-Fi, noror the network printer. I will call later to check that the issue has been resolved.
