Hello!

First, I have a question regarding the mail sent on April 12 about the possibility of changing our student status at Metropolia University. Right now I am enrolled as an exchange student, but I would like to apply for the joint degree. I have proof of professional experience from June 2019 till this day (almost 2 years of experience). And the other thing is; I started working when I was still a student, and I graduated last year in May. I wonder if there is a chance for me to apply for the joint degree under these circumstances?
Secondly, on the online portal, there is a message that reads I have not met all of the conditions yet to complete my enrollment, but it does not specify what is missing in my application. Could you tell me what it is? My application number is 272335.
