Good day,

I am havinghad an appointment for my visa extension on the 10th of April at 11.20 Am20am, feeling veryand feel terrible for not beinggetting there on time. myMy supervisor arranged a zoomZoom meeting at 10.20 Am related20am in relation to my dissertation work. He, and he informed me the meeting willwould be held for a short period. Justjust to know how things are going with my dissertation work. But, it went too long. thenThen I interpreted and informed him that I am havinghad an appointment for my visa extension.

The next minute I pickpicked up my bag and within 10 mins I had reached the immigration office and started looking at my documents. It andwas then I realized that I had missed keeping my old GNIB card in my file and I ran back to my home for it.

At 11.26 Am26am, I received a call from the immigration officer saying that I ranhad run out of time and I would need to apply for a new appointment.

My sincere apologies for not being timely. And troublingand for wasting your valuable time in the present pandemic situationssituation.

I will request a new appointment and I hope next time everything will go well, thank. Thank you.
