The study aimed to identify the importance of electronic developmental supervision to improve the performance of Supervisorssupervisors in the Sultanate of Oman.
To achieve the objectives of the study, a descriptive approach was used. A questionnaire consisting of (47) clauses was distributed into fourin five areas. The to assess the importance of electronic development Supervisionsupervision to improve the performance of supervisors. Then, practicingthe supervisors practiced electronic development Supervision used by Supervisorssupervision. Also, proposalsProposals to improve supervisors according to electronic developmental supervision were also provided.
The study sample covered 152 people, including 87 male supervisors and 65 female supervisors. Members of the different sections were contributed to this study. They are, including heads of supervision departments, senior supervisors (first class), and educational supervisors. The questionnaire was distributed to the governorates of Muscat, North Batinah, South Batinah, North Sharqiya, and South Sharqiya.
The study result showsresults demonstrate that there is no significant difference in the average estimation with the study sample (α < 0.05). This estimation measured the importance of increasing the level of performance among educational supervisors in the Sultanate of Oman concerning the study variables,.
The findingfindings of this study arisesencourage a set of recommendations. First, clarifying the importance of electronic developmental supervision concerning the up-to-date methods of educational supervision. BesidesAdditionally, focusing on spreading
diversity in waysmethods and stylesapproaches or patternsstrategies of supervision. The second recommendation concentrates on improving the infrastructure of electronic resources in schools, directorates, and the ministry itself. That can be achieved by providing computers and computerscomputer labs Inin all educational institutioninstitutions.
