Clinical part of Community Health Nursing 1441 -1442 H

Welcome to all of you in this course for the second semester.

We would like to give you the plane of the training to meet the requirement of learning outcome for this course:

1- The second week will be lecturelectures (immunization, school health and geriatric health) and orientation about the worksheet will be used in among the visiting time .
2- The third week till the ninth week:-
- Visit- Visiting the school to give a lecture about school health and doing assessmentan assessment sheet, including you remarks and your recommendation, which is equal to 4 marks.
- The second requirement for school health to prepare a presentation with workshop about the first aid and any other heath school issue., which is equal to 4 marks.
- Visit- Visiting the primary care center will evaluate youplus evaluation on vaccination sheet, which is equal to 5 marks.
- Fill upout the form of the day care formand interview the client interview with taking the confederation of need, problem and risk factor which is equal 5 marks.
- Visit the geriatric health center, which requires you have to chose a case to fill upout the assessment sheet and mention the activity that have been done toof the patient. whichThis is equal to 3 marks.And represent Then present it verbally and involve the client in the activity with giving the rationalrationale ( take photo if the instructor is busy) for choosing this activity, which is equal to 7 marks.
- Visit the Factory of alban AlTaif. youYou should fill upout the form by assessassessing the factory and give your recommendation aboutfor your remarks, which is equal to 2 marks.
