Thank you for your email and for letting me know, we apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Unfortunately we have the, our garbage chute compactor room (where we store red bins until the council pickup every Friday) is right beside your parking spot and it is the main cause of maggots in that particular area.

I can assure you that I can get the area cleaned, washed out, and disinfectant itdisinfected today. Also, I can make sure we do the same cleaning and disinfecting in your parking area (the one right beside the garbage compactor room) every Friday when we wash the garbage bins after the council pick up.

I would like to request that you ofdo not parkingpark your bike in the corner, so that we can clean that every week. And during the next pest control I can organise to have a Pest Defence Rat Bait Station box installed in your parking lot.
