I am Arun, had. I stayed in room no. 307 last weekend. I know that it was a drastic night when the humid and coldness incold weather un forecasted turned into aan unforeseen nightmare, whenand everybody in the city faced an unbearable situation.
Having stayed in your famous and classic star hotel, I had expected a weather control system in the room since it is a premium classpremium-class suite that is available there. I tookhad to take frequent hot showers on the night to manage the freezing temperature since the warmersheaters were not providing a comfortable stay for me.
AppreciateI'd appreciate it if you taketook the necessary action to overcome this kind of unprecedented situation since the hotel is located in a seasonal, mostvery famous tourist spot in our province. I would suggest fitting a couple of hot airhot-air blower units inon the floor couldto help to tackletackle the room temperature and provide warmth to the customers when necessary.
