Ryan had reached out to us in an email and was asking for an update on his order as it had shown the driver
was at the restaurant for quite some time. I reached out tocontacted dispatch who said the driver called to cancel already because the restaurant didn't have the items. The order was not canceled and they showed no notes saying so. The driver was DAAS'd, so probably reached customer care and had a little miscommunication. I informed Ryan and he was very upset and wanted to escalate the issue. He said he had been on the phone with customer support for about 15 minutes and no oneno-one could find the order. We ended up refunding the order and issuing him a credit for the same price as his order tonight ($81.07). When I gave him a call to let him know, he was fine with that. I tried to offeroffered to give him the phone number to reach GFW, but said he didn't want it. If we could reach out to him and possibly make suretry and ensure he contacts us through the correct number, that would be perfect!perfect.
