Thank you for purchasing Saturn! But itIt seems that you are haivnghaving a hard time using the device, and I completely understand your situation. For that,This is why I willam going to help you by giving you a step-by-step guide for installing the cable properly.

Firstly, make sure that there are notno visible damagedamages to the cable; if there is oneany damage, please send us a picture of the cable including the part where it's damaged.

Now, go to this website to download the software that is needed.

If the app is nowhas finished downloading, run the application, and on the upper-left corner, you will see some options there and: click theon "Devices". option. UnderThen, under the "Devices", option you will see "Add Gear" and- click it.

There will be a threeThree gear models that isare going to be shown on the screen, find and click the picture of the device model that you are trying to connect. Now, connect the gear to the PC using the cable and- you should see a faint green light in front of your gear.

For the last step, enable the cable on the gear itself;. Now you should be able to play the games that isare installed to your computer. Please also remember to always check if there's a new version of the software to prevent any issues while using it.
