In Algeria and, like many other countries in the world, is suffering from the problem of effective treatments, the anti-scorpion. Anti-scorpion serum remains the only way to neutralize these toxins and combat these disorders., although the results are sometimes unsatisfactory. In order to get better results, we considered it useful to study the factors that have an effect on the biological construction of toxins and the amount of their presence to know the behavior of Scorpion Serumscorpion serum on these toxins. To do this, we tested the ability of poly specific serum and determinedto determine whether enough antivenom was administered. Comparison of the results of the neutralization of toxin are separateseparated according to the type of scorpion (Androctonus australis hector, Buthacus Arenicola and Androctonus Amoreuxi) caught in three different geographic regions in El Oued : Debila, Reguiba and Hassi Khalifa. The results of the neutralization were statistically analyzed using the non-linear regression equation.
