Letter of complaint
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with your meals and staff. My birthday took place in your restaurant one week ago. First of all, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that waiters were acting ridiculously, they were laughing and they were disrespectful to all of the guests. The secondary thingissue that I have is food. It, it was inedible. When the meals were served, they were cold and the meat was very hard, it was impossible to cut it by a knife. To make matters worse, my friend found a small piece of glass in his pizza, that was too much for me. When I was trying to reach to any waiter, he told me to just put out this glass and eat a pizza. Moreover, when I asked for them to make a new one they told me that I have to pay extra for thisit. What isWhat's more, I was sad to discover that drinks had a small amount of alcohol. Honestly, I was not sure if there was any alcohol in it altogether. If you do not deal with it this promptly, I will be forced to take further legal measures. My friend could die because of this glass in a pizza. I demand a full refund, and I trusttrust that I can expect an apology. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
