LeRoyce, a/k/aalso known as “Money Man Roy,” McKinney was born in 1996, at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center in Portland, Oregon. Very little is known about LeRoyce, besides his ties to the largely growing Winnfield organization, a/k/aalso known as "Top Hustler Boys (THB)." LeRoyce started his criminal career underneath his uncle Nhazir Parker, a/k/aalso known as Big Razor, an enforcer for the organization in the late 90s to early 2000s. Big Razor would send his nephew on home invasions, also known as “missions,” with other members of the crew. LeRoyce progressed within his uncleuncle's crew, and, as time went on, he began to rise throughout the ranks of THB alongside his close friends Malcolm Winnfield, &and Aaryn Fraters. The trio continued working for Roy’s uncle for around 3-4three to four more years. Big Razor was arrested in 2014 for violating his parole by carrying a firearm, and he was sent back to prison to serve 18 months at Columbia River Correctional Institution, which left his crew in shambles. Everybody wondered who would succeedreplace him while he was gone. Razor decided the best fit for leadership was his young protege Malcolm “Mal” Winnfield. Malcolm took over the organization and ran it with an iron firstfist, his first order was placing his childhood friend LeRoyce as his right hand man.
