On February 19, 2020, SMWP saftey Personalsafety personnel terminated me for claims of insubordination and poor attitude. I disagree with this decision, as the documents were falsified and exaggerated. No order was given to me that I did not comply with. Allegedly, Lotte security asked that I be removed immediately for givinghaving an attitude but, after speaking with a Lotte security Supervisor on my departure, no such action was requested. Instead, my supervisor Shrantae Westbrook filled out an Employee Termination form to reflect her I’ll ill feelings towards me. I have endured mucha lot of harassment, and threats, and she has created a hostile work environment for me. She has a negative attitude towards others and uses her position to demean others. I was afraid to go to her supervisor because of his lack of professionallyprofessionalism on site, and I thought I would be taken as a joke. The Employee Termination form was falsely filled out, as I did what was required and was Presentpresent at work. I placed a complaint with Phillip before leaving, as he aggressively started yelling and declined to give me his supervisorsupervisor's information. He yelled, “I ain’t giving you nothing, GET OUT!!!”.OUT!” I was wrongfully terminated and disagree with the form in its entirety.
