Let us introduce you to Phil Markowski, with over 31 years in the artisinalartisanal beer world. He started his career in 1989 at the New England Brewing Co. and at the Southampton Publick House. Since 2012 he has been the co-founder and Master Brewer of Two Roads Brewing Co. Around the globe Phil is well known for his impressive beer knowledge and his great ability to come up with new styles of beer. He is the author behind Farmhouse Ales, the best guide to brew Saison Beer and Biere de Garde.
