By exploring and depicting living beings around me, I try to remind people of an important message we all already know through my works. Observing various forms of life such as human beings, animals, plants, bugs, food ingredients on a table and virtual / artificial life in popular culture, I consider the meaning of life today.

Through the work of <Life and Death> series that I have been working on since 2013, I express the dignity and value of life that is highlighted by death. One of the works of the series, <About Death>, is based on my personal experience about the loss of one of my family membermembers. While giving me tears, death also sheds light on something that is most valuable in my life.

Recently, the scope of my life-themed exploration is expandinghas expanded from individualbeing individual-centred to humankind andhumankind-centred and shifted from nature to artificial life. Another art animation <Daisy> that I’mI'm working on, <Daisy>, deals with the relationship between human beings who consume other lives as a necessity to maintain their livesown and the living beings that are consumed by human beings. Through this work I explore a path tothat leads towards the achievement of a true benefit offor our lives by means of seeking consideration for the death of the animals we consume.

I believe the power of my art relyrelies on the powerspower of the ideas I have within. Therefore, I’m open to use various media such as drawing and painting, digital art, animation, video, installation and any other media which could express my message best.
