I believe immigration policy and enforcement has become controversial due to social media. Social media has played a big part in Politicspolitics. I believe if it wasn't for social media we would not be as aware of any immigration laws or enforcement laws as we are now.in In today's society, social media has allowed us to become not only more aware but more active, and vocal in the roles we play and contribute to our rights in America. beforeBefore there was internet, before there was social media, there was no big platform beside tv stationTV and radio stations that would link America together. Republicans preaching about the U.S. losing their identity if it was to open to foreigners is preposterous because America is a melting pot. It is a mixture of different cultures and nationalities. Ethnicities; ethnicities. So there statementtheir statements makes no sense. ” essentialImmigration is ”essential to who we are as a nation ” a nation means .” A nation is a”a stable community of people, formed on the basis of a common language, territory, history, ethnicity, or psychological make-up manifested in a common culture.” We all have common views and goals and that's Toto be free. freedomFreedom is America, or at least that's what it was! But to see people and kids locked in cages with no regards to thereregard for their citizenship is just like slavery, to be feedfreed at a certain time. Not enjoying the free world, family, the things you love to do in your free time. toTo stop someonesomeone's education and to build a wall on top of everything else is ridiculous! It targets one race! How can one preach mono foreigners when the presidentpresident's wife is not American! Migration affects us Allall.
