Guess what!what?! We organised a chess club for children inat our school. I suppose you're thinkingwondering why we dodid this. First of all, I was bored. Then my dad brought a chesschessboard and we started to playing it. Since that day, I loveloved playing chess. InAt school, no one wanted to play with me because they preferedpreferred to surf in the internet. When I asked my younger friends, they didn't know what the chess iswas. I told my form tutor about it and he said, if I wantwanted, I cancould organise a chess club in our school, with his help. Then I asked my classmate, Billy thatif maybe he wantswanted to help me get chesschessboards for our club. NextThe next day, he gave me ten sets of chesschess sets. We had everything to organise the first meeting forof our club. Children couldn't playThe children were new to chess, so we had to teach them. It was very hard, but we did it.it! A lot of people joined our club.
