I am writing to you concerning the damage that my vehicle sustained resulting from the partial wall collapse (over 20 rows of brick) of your building on January 5th, 2018. As a result, the vehicle sustained multiple dents and scratches. I had parked my vehicle on Marlowe Ave alongside your building.


I am asking forthat all damages incurred be paid by you. I would like to have this issue resolved as soon as possible as I have been unsuccessful in getting in contact with you regarding the situation.

I have attached all the documents along with the estimate of the damages.


I am expectingexpect a reply within 10 days of receptionreceipt of this letter.
