I hadhave some suggestions that I wantedwant to run past you for the New Hire Learning Material that is given to the New Employeesnew employees. My idea wasis that all New Employeesnew employees be given a larger binder at Orientation on Tuesday Morning morning. The New Hiresnew hires can put in all of the Learning Material as they are learning, or we cancan even put them together before it is given to them.
