In an increasingly competitive market for talent, we have priority goals to invest in and broaden the diverse workforce here at Gilbane. In an effort to move the needle on our diversity hiring, Gilbane will again be attending the 44th annual National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) Convention and Recruitment Fair taking place in Pittsburgh, PA March 23rd – 25th, 2018. With more than 10,000 enthusiastic and motivated STEM students and professionals in attendance, NSBE will give us the unique opportunity to attract and recruit quality talent from diverse backgrounds, experience levels, and engineering disciplines.
