I contacted Attorney Marcus Rosin who prepared the vesting deed and security deed,. Mr. Rosin advised inthat Forsyth C
countyCounty 2nd section, does not exist. I placeplaced a call to Forsyth County Mapping/GIS dept 770-781-2106. I spoke with Hilary DeDelgado, and she confirmed by phone , Attorney Marcus RosinRosin's statement, that there is no section 2 in Forsyth County. Please advise what can be done to resolve the title issue. itIt appears that the vesting deed and the security deed legal description is correct and the instruments filed previously are incorrect.
