Hello Management,

This is an official resignation for the medication administration position. This position is very limited for a LPN of my background coming from the Howard County Health Department where I worked with a team to better programs for the community. I was thinkingthought I would be able to come in and work as part of a team to further better small aspects of daily duties. However, I don't feel like a valublevaluable asset to your organization. Duedue to Tiffany Sands telling me to “stay in my lane.” I see there is no opportunity to speak up or out on situations. That mythat may arise. I have done case management and floor Nursing. Inursing and have practicepracticed at the highest capacity of my license. and whenWhen I’m restricted I feel this facility can’t utilize my skills as a LPN or a critical thinker.
