Application/Production Support and Case Resolution
Application Maintenance
Mentoring Team
Root cause analysis
Bug fixing (Short term fix & Long term fix)
Testing
Knowledge Management & Care plan documents preparation
Status Reporting
Deployment of new releases, server setups
Interacting with Contract Manufacturers
