I am writing you this email, for your help, as you are aware that I have been assigned the job to prepare an important presentation at our job site.

The presentation is about the new system for future truck drivers to obtain a class one driver license. The government is making it harder for new drivers to get permission to drive. They are of the view, that before someone works as a professional driver, they must possess a high school diploma, and more driving lessons.
I am going to present my work, at the Sheraton Hotel, on Center Street, on Saturday, 20th of June, next Saturday.
