I really understand your problem, and there is some advice that I hope it will bes helpful to you .

First of all, do you know anyone whow would take your cat ?
You could try to give your cat to them ,. tThat way, you could see her and know she is being treated well.
I also think it's a good idea to getlook for another kind of animal that you aren't allergic to.
That way you might not feel sad and lonely.
