I am Ataklti Tkou. I recived a CP200 notice tax statement notice from the IRS on 03/21/2017; ,it was supposted to be answered onby September 2015. I apologize for my late response. The reason why I am late is,I thavet beenI was sick sincefor the last three mounths of 2015 and the whole year of 2016 . I am also went out of the country for the whole year of 2016 , and I uwased to hospitalized with serious medical issues. Back to my response,I used to go Mesa Collge sincet the beginning of 2013 I began attending Mesa College, which is located at 7250 Mesa College Dr., San Diego, CA 92111 ,so. I don't agree with all of the changes related to my 2013 tax form of 1040A about American opportunity credit because all of the money ($2,028 ) wereas paid on the 2013 tax year. Those expenses were for books (including softwares, handouts.., etc.), supplies, and equipmments needed for a course of study. The equipments were includinged a laptop, CDs, flash drives, and other things. I hope the IRS will accept my claims,and I apprieciated forthe overall service provided, too.
