Pamela Voorhees is hired by the Christys as their new cook. She also brings along her son Jason, who is offered a free experience at the camp. Born in 1946, Jason suffered from severe facial deformities which made him something for the other children to harass and laugh at. With the counselors too busy with each other, and Mrs. Voorhees working in the kitchen, it was nearly impossible for the 11 year old outcast to escape his tormentors. One day, a particular group of boys decided to go after Jason, who soon found himself cornered onto the docks. The boys subsequently threw Jason into the lake, while the counsellors, who were supposed to be watching the children, were too busy having sex in the woods to notice.
