First, we filled a big beaker with warm water, and a smaller beaker with colder water.
We put the small beaker into the bigger beaker to get the small beaker a to 28°C. We also had to get a small beaker with a temperature for the goldfish to be able to relax after we put it into the hot water. After, we got the temperature to 28°C we added the fish into the water and waited 2 minutes, so that it could adjust to the warmer water.
After, the 2 minutes we counted how many oOpercular oOpenings the fish had in 1 minute.
After, the 1 minute we placed the fish back into another beaker.
We let the fish sit for 2 minutes, then put the fish back into the hot water.
We did this 3 times, each time we counted the abmount of oOpercular Openings the fish had in the hot water.
