- Responded to incoming media inquiries and vet PR opportunities including time -sensitive media requests, internal and external data/fact checking requests, speaking engagements/webinars, awards, etc.
- Overseedaw research, coverage reporting and media contacts management
- Drafted press releases, media pitches, newsletter articles, award submissions, and other press materials as appropriate
- Updated PR-related web properties, including the online newsroom, with news, awards, and media coverage
- Assisted with the creation of a variety of customer marketing assets, including customer testimonials, quotes and other materials
- Assisted in production needs whenever necededssary.
