CA couple of exciting things have been happening and I am a bit puzzled as to which is the best course of action to take.

Although one of the principals of an advertising firm in Miami is interested in moving forward, things have been moving very slow due to supposedly the training his crew would supposedly have to undergo.

STherefore, instead of waiting that out, I've just been in the talks just very recently with various pmp/pmi certified former executives throughout the country looking for opportunities, to assist building a small team, and to get some deals secured before circling back to you.

I decided to give that temporary financial analyst recruit I mentioned a shot at it, but it seems like he's already experiencing difficulty getting his team to perform and follow through on simple tasks, although they were brought on board just yesterday.

Listen, just so that we can sort through all this and get to the meat of things quicker, if there was a way to verify the existence of these court-held assets, would you be willing to assemble a small test-trial team together and sign a bilateral nondisclosure agreement that protects both our interests? I am confident you're one of the few that can make magic happen!

BTW -- I'll throw this out there just in case it's up your alley, are you comfortable negotiating with manufacturing/marketing departments? Currently have a fairly large private company headquartered in NJ connected to majority of big box retailers interested in the product had developed in possibly purchasing the idea or licensing it out.
