I firmly believe that I am a strong candidate dbecause tof my constant determination to demonstrate exceptional conduct, my hardworking spirit and dedication towards our wonderful establishment, whilst proving that I can take on responsibility. This is somerathing, thand this has been acknowledged due toby the praise I have received in the various command positions I obthainve held; firstly as the Executive Officer of Naval Operational Tests and Evaluations and now as the Commanding Officer of Strategic Plans and Policy.
