Dear Microsoft,

I booked my flights on the Microsoft Travel website and I am writing this email to request approval for them (I chose to arrive earlier than June 11 and leave later than June 17). I am looking forward to joining you at PyCon, and I appreciate that you're providing me with air travel and hotel accommodations for the conference.

I selected an earlier arrival time because I am traveling internationally. - iIt will take me some time to overcome jet lag and I have had serious issues with it every time I travel to another country. Instead, if I will beam able to arrive earlier than Saturday, I will be able to enjoy a better conference experience (including the orientation day).

I chose to depart after Saturday because my uncle offered for me to stay with him for a few days -. iIt’s been 7 years since I hlavest seenaw him, therefore, you will hopefully understand how important it is for me to depart a few days lafter than June 17.

It is crucial for me to keep get this flight approved. Though, If this request cannot be accommodated, please let me know as soon as possible so I can try to book another flight betwithieen June 11 and June 17 on the Microsoft Travel website.
