I agree with this statement, “It is important to have a clean office”. There are two primary reasons for this.:
First, a clean place makes us healthy. When I was a university student in Tokyo, I read an article that saysid that people who live in an unclean place have a high risk of asthma compared to people who live in a clean place. The author of the article saysid that dusts and germs in an unclean room cause peoples asthma. Fortunately, Tthe office I currently work in is clean because a cleaning vendor has vacuumed the office and has collected garbages every evening. If the vendor hasd not cleaned the office, it could be full withof dusts and germs. Thanks to the clean office, I can work without any diseases which are related to dust. As the mentioned above, a clean place contributes to our health.
In addition, in order to secure the confidential documents, it is important to have a clean office. If the office is not clean, ithere is a cluttered office. My company has a lot of confidential and important documents. When I was a high school student, my study room was messy anotd unclean and messy. Books and clothes awere scattered randomly in my room. One day, I had to bring my English text from home to my school. However, I could not find it, andbut finally I found and brought it, again because of the messy room. Thanks to this experience, I have paid attention to keeping clean my room clean. If an office is not clean like my previous room, some confidential documents might be missing. The above example shows that it is important to have a clean office for securing the confidential documents.
For those reasons, I personally think that “It is important to have a clean office.” First, a clean place makes us healthy. In addition, in order to secure the confidential documents, it is important to have a clean office.
