I'm Matías Santiago Figueroa, Engineer at Naxos (Aruba Silver Partner). We recently made a domain change in our emails from @nxkut.com.ar to @naxos.ar.

Our company is interested
to updatein updating this domain change in Aruba and HPE customer's databases.

As follows, the tasks/step carried out so far, as per our interest
into updatein the update of the email addresses domain:

1) I raised a ticket at Partner Resources and Assistance website. Someone replied that the information was already updated, but it was only updated for my
HPE profile of HPE.
Other users' profiles remained unmodified
yet, and therefore, they couldn't sign in anymore.

2) When I access the ASP website using my updated profile, I am not able to review my old information nor join my enterprise account. I figured out some sort of synchronization was lost after my profile was updated
.

Could you kindly help me to sort this problem out,
as it is affecting the engineering department as a collateral effect. weWe can not provide any further technical assistance to our customer.
