Good Morning VM Teamit'sTeam. It's been a long time that we are trying to set up online booking links for groups , and we are not getting anywhere,. I got multiple ticketsticket numbers in the last 2 weeks but no resolution.
Our hotel is getting extremely busy, currently our 2 major issues are: 1. Groups are not able to make their reservations online to their group block, each and every guest is calling front desk.
2. Expedia reservations for Aspire (AHGPA) is not coming into visual matrix, front desk have to enter it manually...sometimes we don't even know someone booked a room until the guest showshows up at the desk.
I would really appreciate it if we can resolve this asap, we are not able to run our operation smoothly due to these issues.
