MadeI have made over 40 complaints about our neighbourneighbour's antisocial behaviour including smoking marijuana inside her flat (the smell itsis coming tointo our living room, bathroom, and our childchild's bedroom truethrough the vents) throwing nappies, sofa and rubbish truethrough the window (we even sendsent a video of her throwing the sofa out of the second floor)and lots of noisesnoise, loud music etc . I feel like sanctuary housingSanctuary Housing has let me down. I have called a lot ofmany times distressed, including today, as she washas been smoking all day today. I'm 8 months pregnant and it has been causescausing me a lot of sickness. Our son cannot sleep in his bedroom sincefor a long time ago because the smell of marijuana itsis coming tointo his bedroom truethrough the vent. We made a couple. of formal complaints; the last one was made on 8.12 .2020 and there ishas still been no response . There is anotherAnother neigbour, and hehas also made complaints. as well thereThere was a man who was fixing our heating and when I called the housing officer, he confirmed that there was a strong smell of marijuana from the flat below us . After 1a year of no action from sanctuary housingSanctuary Housing, I become so anxious with the smell and noise that iI started to be afraid offear for our health, especially for my son as he started coughing a lot and, because imI'm pregnant, that smell is causing me a lot of sickness and stress that we have decided to move out from this horror . Around 2 weeks ago I had to go to the hospital for a check. I was so stressed that it affecthas affected my pregnancy ... it has affects ouraffected us over the last 1.5 yearyears as we been truethrough a lot of stress. that'sThat's why we would like to ask for compensation for no action and for being let down from sanctuary housingby Sanctuary Housing that we are in the position that iI have to move out from the house in 8the 8th month of my pregnancy
