I'm a journeyman working in the construction department at Fake companyCompany of ontarioOntario. I have a complaint regarding harassment/bullying that has occurred at this branch. These incidents occurred on the augustin August of 2019. I've complained to management about this matter but no action was taken. I also believe that I may be facing retaliation for speaking up and/or taking a medical leave of absence from work due to stress.

Also, I have concerns regarding favortismfavoritism and discrimination. I haventhaven't spoken to management about these concerns due to fear of furthurfurther retaliation from management.
