Cooper's Hill Cheese-Rolling and Wake is an annual event takingthat takes place during the spring bank holiday in Cooper's Hill in, England. It was traditionally organized by and for the people who live in the local village of Brockworth, but now people from aroundall around the world are taking partgather there yearly to participate.

Three to four kilograms of Double Gloucester comescome down the top of the hill, rolling down the hill, and then the competitors start racing for it. The first person above the finish line at the foot of the hill wins the cheesethe cheese wheels. Players try to catch the cheese; however,but it has about one second advantage andis obviously a tough tasks since the wheel can reach speeds of up to 110 kilometers per hour, enough to knock over and hurt the viewercompetitors and viewers alike.
