As, iI have received information from ACAS, now iI'm free to go to filedfile an employment tribunal case against Commodity Trade Partners Ltd.,
My solicitator suggested mesolicitor recommended that before filedI file the case, I should ask you, for the final time that, whether you want towill pay me for my wages and T.A.
Let, if you want towill pay me for wages and T.A.
I will wait for your reply for next two days only. If i willI do not recievedreceive a reply in that period of time, then I believe that you are not willing to pay me. And i, and I will have no recourse but to take further action against you.
