In this class, I learned to accept the skin I'm in. Being a dark skin Africandark-skinned African- American female wasn't an easy journey for me. Not just that I was dark skinskinned but, on top of that, I was also Nigerian on top of that. I useused to get bullied about how dark I'mIwas and how I should go back to where I came from.
