Getting rid of 8hr8-hour shifts isn't fair forto the co workers with seniority or children. It's hard enough finding a childcare provider that opens at 6, so we can be at work at 7. So, 15:00-03:00 or 03:00-15:00 would be impossible. Also, most people in the centerCenter who have been here much longer than me look forward to the 8hr8-hour shift. It wouldn't be fair to force them ontointo a 12 hr12-hour shift.
