DLM's market leading team is looking to expand with room to recruit talented and driven investment banking lawyers into their exceptional practice.

She/he will be involved with a good mix of work across corporate finance, structured finance and securitisations including but not limited to fixed-income trading.
She/he will also assist with compliance and general corporate governance functions and may interact with the SEC as required.
She/he will report to the Group mManaging Director, and will be working closely with the Corporate Finance Team and other aspects of the business as it develops and grows rapidly in the area. and aAs a result, the scope for development is almost unlimited and this will suit an ambitious lawyer looking for the next step up.
