You can use the wireless office printer wireless,; it's an easier and time saving process.

bBelow are the steps to connect ( if you're using Windows ):

1- Go to Networks on your desktop
2- oOn the top you'll find "add a printer"
3- Add a network, wireless, or Bluetooth printer
4- cChoose the printer ( Canon MF8200C Series ) - next
5- Go to Start - Devices and Printers
6- yYou will find two printers with the same name, Right-click on the one named ( Copy )
7- Set as default printer
