I am submitting a request to have my hourly wage increased to "top" pay for the dispatch position. In 2001, my journey started with Copart and I have worked and strived to hold an excellent work record. Over the last 19 years I have deployed several times with the CAT team and left at a moment's notice many times. I have been rewarded several times for a job well done, including Regional Awards as well. I am always on time and have an excellent attendance record as well. I am very dependable and go above and beyond for my co-workers and my customers. I have been recognized many times by adjusters, buyers, and sellers for always being more than willing to help. I always take pride in a job well done. This is a much needed and well-deserved request. I will have 20 years with Copart Inin June of 2021, and I am looking forward to many more.
