Advances in Computercomputer and Information Technologyinformation technology over the past few decades have brought about a revolution in science, medicine, and education. I wish to be part of the future of this revolution and that is why I applied for Master of Computer Science - Data Science program.

Although I have had different ideas about my future career throughout all of my academic life, I have always have been extremely passionate about science. I followed up on my innate enthusiasm for science by attending Lomonosov Moscow State University (the first university in Russia) for my graduate education. With a MsAfter earning an M.S. in Biochemistry, I was admitted to the Academy of Sciences for the doctoral program. My Ph.D. research work was focused on the kineticskinetic mechanisms of protein aggregation and mechanisms of chaperone-like activity using Dynamic Light Scattering. I gotearned my Ph.D. degree in 2007, then continued my research career in the United States. It began at Pennsylvania State University, with the postdoctoral study of the spatial organization of RNA-Based Enzymes, with involving ofcombining techniques from both biochemical and structural biology techniques.
